Letterkenny RFC’s Senior Women continued their preparations for the new campaign with a productive joint training session alongside Strabane Senior Ladies.

The session provided both teams with a valuable opportunity to put their pre-season work into practice, get some important minutes into the legs and continue building fitness ahead of the return of competitive rugby.

For Letterkenny, it was an important final step before their season begins next week. The team will open its campaign at home against Dungannon RFC and will be looking forward to getting back into competitive action at Dave Gallaher Park.

The joint session with Strabane allowed the players to sharpen their skills, rebuild match fitness and get back into the rhythm of playing together before the league campaign gets underway.
